Here's What It Takes...

Handguns: 21 years old or older, current Oklahoma Drivers License or ID with current address on it, background check.

Long Guns: 18 years old or older, Current Oklahoma Drivers License or Id or TX, NM, CO, KS, MO or AR state issued Drivers License with current address on it, background check.

Permanent Residents: Must also have a copy of their permanent resident card.

A Note On Medical Marijuana Licenses:

In order to sell you a gun or to return your gun after it has been in pawn, we must run a Federal Firearms Background Check Form 4473 and you must pass the background check. Form 4473 asks "are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to marijuana... warning: the use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside."
